Former Chattooga Resident Busted in Alabama PDF Print E-mail

Authorities arrested three men after making a meth bust at one of the suspects home Sunday night.

The DeKalb County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on County Road 43 in the Tenbroeck area at a residence belonging to Jimmy Scott Brown on Sunday night, said the sheriff’s office spokeswoman Stanna Guice.

At the time the warrant was executed, Mr. Brown, 43, of Fyffe, Alabama Jamie Lee Culbert, 27, of Rainsville, Alabama  (Formerly of Chattooga County) , and Robyn Suzette Williams, 25, of Rainsville, were at the residence and inside investigators found methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, Ms. Guice said.

Agents also located a meth lab in a barn adjacent to the residence, she said.
 
Brown, who is currently out of jail on bond on charges of manufacturing second degree, was charged with another count of unlawful manufacturing of controlled substance second, unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  Culbert was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana first degree, unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
