Once again a road will be closed in Chattooga County for tile repair.  Chattooga County Public Works Director Lamar Canada told AM 1180 on Thursday afternoon that his department had discovered a washed out tile on Spring Creek Road that needs to be replaced.

Canada said that Spring Creek Road would be closed on Friday and that the repairs would take most of the day.  Canada said "We are going to try to save the inlet side and put in a 40-50 foot tile....but we will be working with gas lines and water lines (in the area) so it will take most of the day."

Canada said that the work will be on Spring Creek Road just north of West Spring Creek Road near Spring Creek Baptist Church.
